45 minute call for connection and inspiration

Have you ever felt emotionally drained from caring so deeply for others, as if your patience and empathy are running on empty? This feeling, known as compassion fatigue, can affect anyone who gives of themselves—whether at work, at home, or in the community. It’s the emotional exhaustion that comes from constantly showing care without taking time to refill your own cup.

That’s why Barbara Gustavson is diving into this important topic, helping you recognize the signs, understand what’s really happening beneath the surface, and discover practical ways to renew your energy and compassion so you can keep making a difference without losing yourself in the process.
