🎥 PRESS RECORD: Turn Your Story Into a Video That Connects

Want to feel more confident showing up on video?

Join us for a practical, hands-on Alumni workshop where we’ll show you how to use your phone to create simple, engaging videos for social media — without needing fancy equipment or perfect delivery.

We’ll cover:
• How to set up your phone, lighting and background
• Where to look when you’re speaking
• A simple Hook → Story → Takeaway formula
• How to record short videos that feel natural and authentic
• Easy tips to make editing smoother

You’ll also get time to practice and record during the session, with an opportunity to create a testimonial that may be featured on Amen University social media...  so come with your phone ready.

✨ Come with your phone. Leave with a video.

Perfect if you want to share your brain health message, grow your confidence on camera, or create content for your business or community.

📱 Bring your phone and be ready to press record!

This Encouragement Cafe will be a 45-minute call.
