Elite Coaches and Clinicians. Each person will be vetted and there's no guarantee of approval.

Please read and check each box to confirm you understand the following requirements and guidelines for being listed in the Amen University Member Directory:

I understand that I must have and submit a working website and at least one social media link to apply. This is part of the vetting process.

I understand that being listed in the directory is not guaranteed. Each application is individually reviewed, and the support team will do their best to notify me if any issues are identified.

I understand that the basic information I provide will be shared in the public directory.

I understand that this directory is managed by Amen University and is not affiliated with Amen Clinics.

I understand that this is a member directory of listed graduates and not a referral directory.

I understand that being listed is a privilege offered by Amen University to support graduate visibility. While it may increase exposure, it does not guarantee referrals. I remain responsible for marketing and managing my own business.
