About this event!

Your brain is always listening and responding to the hidden influences (dragons) that breathe fire on your emotional brain.

Unless you recognize and deal with them, they can steal your happiness, ruin your relationships, and damage your health.

During this event, Dr. Amen will show you simple techniques on how to recognize your dragons, soothe your emotions, break bad habits, addictions and boost overall brain health.

Dr. Amen will be hosting this 90-minute talk with 15 minutes of Q&A.

Dr. Daniel Amen

Hi, I’m Dr. Daniel Amen, a psychiatrist, founder of Amen Clinics, a 12-time New York Times bestselling author and the lead researcher on the world’s first and largest brain imaging study on NFL players. Brain health has been my passion for 40 years. Looking at the brain changed the way I practiced medicine and psychiatry, as well as the way I live my life. I have had the opportunity to work with some really brilliant, talented people, including professional athletes, pop stars, and CEOs. practiced medicine and psychiatry, as well as the way I live my life. I have had the opportunity to work with some really brilliant, talented people, including professional athletes, pop stars, and CEOs.

One concept that has really helped them overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, and other issues is learning about the Dragons from the Past. These are the inner Dragons that breathe fire on the emotional centers of your brain, making you feel sad, mad, nervous, or out of control.

When I teach my patients how to identify and tame their dragons, they feel so much better. You can too.
